    I think my mailman used to do that to all my car magazines to hide the fact that he was reading them on his lunch break.

    I sure am glad TRJ makes the extra effort to seal each copy in shrinkwrap. Mail Box leaked and the shipping envelope was soaked but my TRJ copy was in perfect shape still. Thanks for taking care of your customers.

    One of the things about publishing a print magazine is that not all the good stuff makes it in there. Here's T.V. Tommy Ivo's backstory on that day.

    "What happened is that LIFE Magazine had came down there and they were going to shoot pictures, and they invited the two of us," he says. "We took the car down there, and the Road Kings came with me. We had white Road Kings shirts, and I had them all put on white pants, which wasn't too practical."

    On that particular day, Tommy beat Norm. He also told me the story about an earlier time where he had his friend drive and, once again, they won—but only by a hair. c-56.jpg

    .........Thanks, I appreciate that. I'm just more concerned than ever after my neighbor told me he got a copy last week and his subscription ended months ago!:eek:......His house number is just one digit from mine too. Hope there wasn't some sort of screw-up.
