I just acquired a '41 Ford on a tried. Going through some repairs I see the battery is pos. ground. If I keep it, I would like to change to 12v neg. grd. What do I have to swap to make it all work. Thanks Terry ( did my '50 years ago, just changed the bulbs.)

Taint no big thing as long as wiring/insulation is in good shape. Starters work great for years in 12 volts. Remember a ballast resistor if you are keeping points. Good luck

If keeping the points, just replace the condenser and coil with twelve volt ones. The add a resistor , like the 12 volts system has. The points don’t care about voltage. This would be a good time to got to electronic ignition, also.
