Projects install a headliner

    Plan on installing a headliner in a 1935 ford 5 window was wondering if anyone has picture of how the lower rear section is attached to the car, it has been chop 2 inch':confused:s and some of the interior parts missing any help is greatly appreciated, Reagen thanks

    Hopefully someone will give you a heads up. I have done a couple of headliners but not in a ford. My41 olds had a thin piece of wood at the back, friend of mine had a Plymouth with like a metal strip with curls in it to stretch the cloth over don’t know if that was original or not.

    On the back edge of the package tray there is a slot for a tack strip to be fastened too.

    Does anyone have more information or pictures on attaching the headliner ,If i see the pics I'll make something to work Thanks all
