Hi everyone, No, I'm not really skulking about. Heck, I'm barely sinister at all. I'm just treading lightly until I figure this place out. I wanted to say 'hello', and to let you know just a little bit about where I'm coming from. Just a little bit though, I don't want to scare anyone off. I'm not sure if I should b here. I'm not sure if I should be anywhere. I'm deeply interested in almost anything vintage, but especially vehicles. that much I do know. I'm not a big fan of customs and rods (I hear boo-ing). but make it a genuine vintage custom or rod, I usually love it. (boo-ing stopped). I'm not a fan of restored cars and trucks, but I've done my share in days gone by. What I'm actually into today is the fastest growing in interest, and fastest shrinking in supply. It is Vintage Preservation. I love owning and daily driving stock cars and trucks with a genuine history to them...with a patina that speaks volumes...a patina you can taste. The last three cars that I've owned fall into this category. They are: 1924 Dodge Brothers Roadster, 1925 Dodge Brothers Roadster, and a 1930 Ford Model A Pickup (my current daily driver. I'll see if I can upload a photo of it). I've owned and restored (or semi-restored) many stock cars before the three cars listed above. My favorites were: 1929 Hudson Coupe, 1936 Chevy Pickup, 1940 Cadillac 60-S, 1953 Ford Coupe, 1966 Dodge Coronet 500...you get the idea. Anyway, that's my story. I'm Wheel Kwazy. .
Welcome Mr. Kwazy. I think you will fit in just fine here. You might even want to "modify" one of those older vehicles....................Don.
