Seems it looks identical but is too small for our housing And as you can see the front edge is different . But they are the same length. We also have a pair of hawk bill type housings but they are too long for our headlight buckets.
So does any know of a dealer that will sell empty buckets , well all complete with park lights minus the headlight . The US lens does not meet our code down under.

Here's what the housing looks like for that wrong lens you got. I have this one on a single chrome headlight.

I could be wrong, but I think OTB only carries the Guide/BLC headlight style glass. It appears that Kiwi's headlight is not a Guide or BLC. If it is, it's a style I've never seen. He already established that the Hawk's Bill glass would not fit his particular housing, so I can't see that the OTB repops will be any different. Yes, the OTB guys are good, as is their product, but Kiwi seems to need a specific glass to fit his specific (yet to be identified) housing. Hopefully, someone out there will recognize it (I came close) & be able to help him.

  7. Your headlights are definitely not Guide headlights. There are 2different types of headlights that take similar tin housings, and lenses. They are not interchangeable. If you send me your e-mail address, I will send you pictures of the 2 different types of lenses so that you can see the difference.

i have kind of a light fetish, so i looked thru my stash. i found this light, only one i have, and i see no markings on it. several coats of paint, something may show up if it was blasted. it differs from the typical guide and blc in its shape, not so pointy at the end, more round. also, it has the mounting stud bracket riveted to the inside of the bucket, not on the outside more typically seen by most brands. also, it appears that it does not take the common blc/guide type of trim ring in the front, but rather a hook at the top, and screw at the bottom as seen in the photo. it also seems that it originally had a plug in type of wire harness. look like what you got? Maybe we have an orphan? K D lamp K-D910 on rear of housing . I am not stuck on these if a dealer can supply bare housings . The upside dow pic of the two lenses shows the difference more clearly . The more rounded one matches our housing . The one that fits is 1” 25/32 wide and 1”3/4 long . The smaller one is 1”11/16 wide and 1” 25/32 wide.

Its the LHD aspect of the sealed beam in a RHD orientation that doesn't meet our code. I just cant see the point of buying something I can not use plus the risk of breakage on a trip down under. If i could find new bare housings and complete top park lights.
