There was a thread on here a while back where someone adapted a early Oldsmobile intake onto a Lincoln y-block. I tried the search function but no luck. Anyone remember it or have done this conversion? Thanks, Mike.

No, but I've got lots of Olds intakes if you want dimensions.

Doesn't the Lincoln use the same intake port set-up as the Ford Y (pairs top and bottom)?
If yes, nothing else is going to fit.

No, the Lincoln Y intake is side by side like a normal motor:D

  5. Well if thats the case I want to know how to/if possible as well.
How sweet a log 4x2 would look on that beast of a motor.
    I've got a 341 (55)

Well I couldn't sleep last night knowing I had seen this and couldn't find it. So I kept searching and here it is. I'm not computer literate enough to add it here, so please feel free if you know how. Search for FNG 'outed' by seymour.:)

He used injectors off a Old's , much simpler to do, havent tried a intake, the Olds 3x2 is kinda pricey its self. let me know how it works. Still collecting parts for a 341.

The ports line up and you can interchange gaskets, but the included angle of the flanges is different. Don't know if there is enough meat to mill the olds manifold to the correct angle. Your best bet would be a log type where its 'adjustable" for width and maybe some milling or even some wedges. Looked at it many times when I was fooling with my 368.

...nope, early Olds Weiand Drag Star intake. 'WO8' is cast into the piece indicating Weiand Oldsmobile Eight (carbs). The siamesed intake ports are a very close match to the Lincoln 368 heads, however the 'mounting angle' had to be compensated for with the wedge-shaped billet pieces....still have them oddly enough...
