Putting my Flathead back together. I didn't pay attention on which way the spiral goes on the crank sleeve when removed. Not sure the correct way to install. Am I correct by saying the crank/slinger goes on the side with the spirals closer to the edge(to the right side)? Either way I turn it the spiral will draw oil back into the engine but notice the offset in the spiral. If it was an easy changeout I wouldn't care as much. Any help appreciated. DSC_0067.JPG

Just a guess. Spiral towards engine oil pan side.
