I drop original '32 lite bars

 

I've dropped a few. They bounce around when they hit the concrete.

 

I've had Pete drop several bars and the quality and fit is right on.

 

Have you ever done a tech article on how you do it.
Would be interesting to most.
I’ve seen one tech article on here, and we did mine last year, though didn’t turn out quite as well as we hoped, but happy for a first attempt .
When I find another original bar, we will try again.

 

@Tuck built a rad drop/stretch jig for a headlight bar not that long ago. Very cool set up maybe he’ll share

If someone has a Rod & Custom magazine library, Pete shows how he did it 30 or so years ago.

 

Pete dropped the light bar for my 3W and straightened it again after my car was wrecked. His method and quality is the best. Go to a pro!!!!
