The Master Detective magazine is from May 1955. The policeman is my grandfather. He was a cop and eventually police chief, from 1930 'till '68, in the Hillsdale, New Jersey, police department. His name was R. Frank Stoeckel. The artist who did the cover was a friend of his.
The framed business cards must be an advertising piece for a printing company. tho' there's no company name.
"A Power Primer" was published by GM in 1944. I cut the kaleidoscope-like photo collage out of a photography magazine in the mid 70s, way before I got in to cars. If anyone knows who the artist is, please let me know, there is no information on either side of the page.
Some more from my collection of paper. the Lowe Motor Supplies Co. catalog is from 1920. I don't know how old the Craftsman owner's guide is. The '57 Chevy ad made me laugh when I looked at it closely.
