Interesting looking car in the first shot. Is there any information on it?

And the second photo is a great color shot of the Central Excavating car. I'm guessing maybe 1955 with Shorty Templeman as the driver?

I think it kinda cool. Back them it could been pretty cheap. Plate is a 57.

I think the fins and tailights are from a 1954 pontiac.what a way to ruin a speedster

The car was out of the PNW and was built by well known builder Del McClure. The driver in that shot is Cokey Williams. Here's a couple more, one with Jimmy power.

 

This silver coupe may be well modified, but the essence of the Porsche is still there. What a beautiful car.

 

They look like 53-54 Pontiac to me.

 

"Essence" would have not been my choice of euphemism ...
