NSRA Nationals here this weekend. I don't have a SR, but will be in the swap meet hawking junk parts and drinkin' Coors Lite.............. OT, yep; but if OP complains, I'll be happy to delete......... Keep on keepin' on. B.
Well, not that I'm expecting 20 MPG, i'd be happy with 9 or 10 mpg, because it gets up to around $5.25 to the gallon up here
Tom lowe at 12 bolt gave me some good info~ tell me what you think about it, Here's a copy of the email: "A clifford 270 cam, clifford intake, 600 holley, headers, 9-9.5 to 1 comp. The head is another place the power is hidden in. 1.94/ 1.60 valves, bolt in lumps and removal of extra material in head and a port job. 300 hp will be yours. -Tom" Just looking for other opinions. Thanks in advance, QParker <!-- / message --> <!-- controls -->
oh, and check your email! it's full of my questions... and while we're at it how much is your turbo manifold?
Check out this site and it should answer your questions. They started the whole lump port deal. Basically, just a way to improve flow. http://www.sissellautomotive.com/six cylinder heads.htm#GMC:32Anchor
