Hot Rods 331-390 caddy into 49-54 chevy

I'm sure Iv'e seen pics of early custom Chevies with Cad engines, I know Iv'e seen Olds engines in em....Anyone got pics or Input? I'm sure the firewall reinforcements need to be trimmed but what about steering box clearance? Thanks in advance Lumpy

 

You may be in luck and not have any steering problems as the starter is on the right side, depending on which manifold you use.

 

Are we changing horses? I thought the Caddy was for the pickup?

 

Was searching Craigslist and saw a really clean original 50 coupe ....luckily it sold before I could make an offer
