Event Coverage artwork for car show flyers

Looking for someone to do artwork for car show flyers. I have a idea and can get it to someone. I just can't draw. I will use rodtees to do the shirts but they need a design. Thanks for any advice.

Where do i look for artist's at? I'm not finding anyone local. I guess i will try the school tomorrow.

 

I needed an occasional graphics guy for my t shirt business.
I put an ad on craigslist gigs/help wanted
I got 5 responses within the first hour.
Picked a guy and am very happy
Do everything via text, email, dropbox and paypal.
I send him snapshots, sketches, image files, etc and he sends me back vector files.
Very reasonable price.
