Hot Rods I have a cigarette lighter not sure what it came out of

I bought a few parts on ebay and this lighter came with them and I can't seem to find what car it originally came out of. Can anyone here solve the mystery?

 

I have a feeling it's a 60's Chrysler product.

 

Pretty sure that is '60 Dodge car, possibly also '61.

I had a wingnut off a chrome breather shaped like the chrome spoke steering wheels that I adapted to my cigarette lighter in my 72 chevelle when I was a teen...
