  1. Me too. What I like and don't like matters only to me, no one else cares.

...and maybe 2 drag links. Just to keep it 'even'?

This with a V'd windshield and cycle fenders up front may have my interest for some unknown reason.

Yep, skirts look best on chicks. The shorter, the better!

I've lowered this A a bit, extended the body down to the running boards, and added skirts. The rest is completely stock.

I think the doors need to be longer as well as taller, and it might benefit from a slight chop. I'll play a bit more.

Extended doors and roof, slight chop.

    Very interesting!

Just a couple of thoughts . . . I think eliminating or painting the stainless band behind the hood would look better. As would centering the rear "hub cap" on the rear wheel.

I like the extended roof and doors, but don't like the missing splash apron. Can you do a long-cockpit version with the stock splash aprons?

  12. In my humble, zero design training, opinion the Model A is already "heavy" in the back half (as viewed from the side)
I think adding skirts really brings that design feature out, and not in a good way.

From the photoshops above I think the skirts might look better on a Vicky

The rear "hubcap" will appear shifted a bit down and left due to the perspective. I might have overdone it, though.

Taking this line of thought to its logical conclusion:

Fantastic design work Ned ! I need one of those "slopers"...so cool. I would probably add skirted front fenders like 33-34 Fords

    Model A?
I’ve yet to see anything appealing to my taste.
    And I like skirts.
Agreed those are too boxy without flowing lines.

Now the 34 has plenty of flow at the rear end.
I’d like to see it lowered a bit. But I like it.

It needs an extended hood. My version of a skirted 33 Plymouth Scan0751.jpg 2019-08-30_221547.jpg th that I hope to build someday. Still gathering parts.

Even a deuce doesn't look streamlined enough to run skirts. The 33-34's start to look streamlined enough, and the later 30's ones even better.
