Technical 1963 nova brakes pull..

    ,1963 nova drum btakes....moving forward steeringwheel pulls left...moving reverse it pulls right!! What gives?...btw it has new brakes...

    Check to make sure the shoes are installed correctly. Short lining forward, long lining rear.

    Did this change when it got new brakes? or is there something else going on?

    I'd probably start by looking for loose suspension parts, use a floor jack and a helper.

  4. With a car that was built in '63 the odds are the flexible brake line hoses have never been replaced, with age they gets soft and tend to collapse & restrict the flow of fluid to the brakes resulting in pulling one way or the other, if you decide to replace do them both. HRP
