    Looks like a modern auto shifter to me. Probably from an original 00-09 Ford something.

    Looks like a B&M Hammer shifter to me.

    It is an aftermarket, Hurst or B & M, but there's not enough shown to really say what it is. I am Butch/56sedandelivery.

    That was my first thoughts, too. At least the handle is the type they used.
