Hi , my name is Doug , I'm 61 years old , married to the same awesome girl for 39 years , and pretty hard core Mopar guy . I have a '38 Plymouth pickup, a '64 Dodge 330 wagon , a front engine dragster , and my wife has an o/t '69 Cuda . We do as much nostalgia drag racing and car shows as we can . Rocky, funny I drove the Impala through Fürth earlier this year. I have a few car guy friends in the Nuremberg area, that's only about 100 miles north of me. In the 80 s we didnt have many GIs left here in south east Bavaria so for a kid like me American cars were nothing I was used to.

Yeah, this was last fall, we got the first frosty night . I had to move the 40 to put the 34 Plymouth in the back of the garage. I thought it was better to drive it up and down our street a couple of times to let it warm up and get the condensation out of the engine. That's where I took this pic, just at the end of our street.

My first car was a 48 Chevy. Built it when I was 20 yrs old.I really loved it. But things happen and it got sold. Then I owned a 67 Chevelle(no pic) for a long time. Sold it to buy a 32 Chevy. Sold that and bought the 36 Dodge(still own/for sale). But I'm 50 yrs old now and always wanted my first rod back. So, it's not the exact same car but I now have my 47 Chevy and that car is going to be my keeper. I am keeping it pretty much how it looks. Unlike my 48 chevy that was done up in that late 80's street rod style, I loved it at the time but looking back, it sure isn't what I would want today.

IMG_0086.JPG IMG_0011.JPG My name is Exterminator,1 wife, 3 daughters, 5 grand kids, and 6 great grand kids. My 40 pickup gives me great joy to drive, the 41 Plymouth will when I get the trans rebuilt. Wanted to just keep the pickup only, but due to people wanting the Plymouth for free - decided to keep it. Now retired from any more cars or projects.:D

I'm Dave from Alaska in the summer and South Utah in the winter. Shop is in Utah and thats where I work on the cars. First car was a 31 Tudor that I got in 1956 when I was 14. I've been screwing around with cars ever since. Current cars are a 40 Tudor and a 28 Roadster and a 47 stock tudor. Car albums with more of my history and pictures are on my website: http://xprides.com/car-albums/for the 40. http://xprides.com/4460-2/ for the roadster.

    Howdy from Dennis in Seattle.
I am 66, newly retired from the world of tug boats and marine engineering.
I did the graphic designs for my T-shirts, for the Seaplane base at Oshkosh Wisconsin from 1990 till 2014.
My dad owned a wrecking yard and car and truck repair business in the San Joaquin Valley, in Atwater California, so as a child of the grease, being born at Castle A.F.B. ( Atwater ) in 1953, my world was cars and trucks and airplanes and all things mechanical.
I prefer MOPAR and older IHC trucks, I have a 1946 IHC, K-B 5 Fire truck and a 1947 Dodge D-24 3 window business coupe.
Very much into Jazz and blues, photography, graphic design, Mexican food, kinetic sculpture, literature, aviation, my favorite decades are 20's 30's 40's 50's to late 60's.
