I wrapped my wires in the cloth like split sleeve wire cover stuff. Black in color and doesn’t look out of place.

What's wrong with the spiral type? I'm planning on using something very similar that I got from two trashed mikes from the late 50s/early 60s.
Nothing, just thinking about something not shiny, but that’s interesting as I use vintage mics while performing, I play blues harmonica
My patinaed 32 uses Guide lights and I ran the wires through that asphalt coated cloth conduit, with a plain rubber grommet at the grille for it to fit into. I think I just shoved the conduit straight into the headlight bucket with no grommet there. Looks like it’s been there for 70 years.
If you have the sealbeam plugs for back of bulb, your good, with just a part of black elc. three wire cord. I cut what I need out of an ext.cord=inclosed 3 wire in a nice round cord.<two wire works if you G to case. Not fancy but works
In the past ( dark ages ) of monochrome look, super slick hot rodding I have used black rubber gas line, it will contuse to the shape you need and doesn't stand out like the regular spiral chrome conduit. HRP
