    Hello All,
I have a willys frame I am looking to modify and I need some help.
I would like to buggie spring the rear Dana 44 axle to eliminate the existing dual leaf set-up and whack the rear 24 inches from the frame.
I've seen some of you do this to Ford 9" rear ends.
Anybody got any experience, tech, or advice?
    Thank you

These guys have the weld on piece that you put on any rearend to make it a transverse spring system.

I have a 53 Merc Dana under my 30 coupe via these.

Not sure, I know a 41 and 44 ( in early jeep applications) are the same except for the number of splines on the axle shaft and associated yokes in the diff.
