Ok, I'm trying to get the back of my car straightened out. I need some advice. I don't have a deck lid the car was originally a rumble seat car and I have part of the rumble lid but it's been chopped off. The op also removed the metal below the rumble lid so there's a large opening. I have a fiberglass inner trunk structure, not sure how to go about doing this , can I skin this with sheet metal ? Any help appreciated
You can get 3m panel bond in several working times. That is what I would recommend. Build a fixture out of wood to support metal outer so you don't have a twisted mess when your done.
Ok, first off thanks to everyone that post tech articles on this forum ! Here are some pics of the progress ive made in the last month.
I used a brake to do the right and left side then shrunk them down by hand with hammer and dolly, until I got the right shape
