You have a great attitude, keep at it, you will have a body, or bodies soon !
A buddy told me yesterday that he thinks that I have been building something from nothing for so long that I now use nothing to build anything... felt good, but I am running out of nothings...
    .
I had pix of an A chassis I bought ? … it had sort of L bent brackets rear of the B pillars... I think they were wider support for the wooden subfloors... IMO... maybe use a pair of extra 2 hole cowl to frame brackets if you need more support...
    ... go c34u go !

    Hey Guys.
Another update, I have re-shaped the trailing edge of the door to follow the contour of the coupe door, I used a combination of tipping dies and flat dies to get the right crispness for the edge, moving onto hammer and dolly to tip the edge in on its self.

You will notice the door sits about an inch higher than the quarter panels, this is intentional as the timber roof frame attaches to these quarter panels.

The next task is to add the remaining sections to the doors skins so I can weld it together and take a pattern of the inside, to make a stencil.

    Hey Guys.

Yet another update. I have been helping a local rodder with his recently acquired 29 A Coupe. In return for my assistance, he has payed me in parts from that coupe. The previous owner had cut off and capped the door tops and layed back the A Pillars. I am not sure if it was going to be a Sport Coupe or Cabriolet but the new owner wants to turn it into a stock bodied five window coupe, so he has given me the doors and A Pillars.

a buddy made a wooden buck and hammerforms these... they are like a '28 roadster door top...
I had him make it 1/4" wider as my doors are longer...
welded them onto my cut down doors ...looks like that may work for you...
