I saw a teenager with one of those new foreign cars sporting a set of Moon Wheel discs the other day, the car looked pretty good too..

The bare metal Deuce 5W looks like Dale Withers' car from here in the Northwoods.
    Edit
Not positive but I'll leave it up for a while.

    Hello,

Going through some of my older posts, I realized that the best part of the Moon Disc Thread was left out in the original post from 2017. The original color of my brother's first car (1951 Oldsmobile 2 door post sedan) he ever bought was a pale yellow. He kept it that way until late 1957 when he had his eyes set on a new 1958 Chevy Impala. (no actual photos of that car in pale yellow)

He had the 51 olds painted a lime green color as discussed in another post. As soon as he had it painted, the 51 olds was sold to a good friend who live on the next block from our Westside Long Beach house. It stayed lime green until that friend sold it many years later.

Here is the movie that I filmed back in late 1957 with a car load of my brother and his friends out for the standard, Bixby Knolls cruising scene. It was lime green by then, but still with the cool Moon Discs.
