Well, I did not read all of the 50 states but I did read about Missouri. Apparently, the writers (and editors) made stuff up as they went along. What a load of crap! For instance:
    a. You can drive a classic car on a weekday. Where do they come up with this?
    b. I don't know where they found their "24 pages" of taxes. All one has to do is go to the Missouri DOR site and there it is listed by county.
    c. The urban counties, i.e, Jackson and St. Louis have higher rates of sales tax. Most of the others are 2-4% lower.
    d. The average snowfall in MO is 18-24 inches per year but it is usually gone a week after the 2-4 inch snowfall.
    e. Bonded titles:
    • Vehicle must be at least 7 years old
    • Vehicle cannot be worth more than $3,000
    • There must be no record of any prior application for title on the motor vehicle

Again, what a load of crap.

This may be the one time I get to say I'm glad I live in KY. LOL.
