We went and picked up the material for mama's 55 custom today. She had found some buttons on the net she likes and we have no idea where to find them. They are a chrome diamond shaped button. This pic is crap, but it's all I have to go on. I have contacted the upholstery shop that the pic was linked to, but I doubt they will respond.

Any ideas? Screen Shot 2019-06-27 at 7.50.46 PM.png

TANDY Leather. Is it a button or a chrome decoration piece.

Interesting. Using the word diamond get's one diamonds as whats found on a diamond ring. This may help but the name escapes me. What is another word for the geometric shape your asking for? Try than word rather than diamond perhaps?

I'd look to furniture or other commercial upholstery markets. Aircraft too. Theres diverse stuff outside automotive supply.

Usually those spots for leather work have simple little tabs that would not stay on a seat. They are also usually cheaply made stamped tin. Something along the lines of a concho with a screw back would last longer. Lots of leather work accessories are geared toward school age crafts and not meant to last longer than summer camp.
