Nice display! I have a few vintage cameras but haven't bothered displaying them.No room. Here are a couple.
My Brother still has the Kodak 50th Anniversary box camera our Mother received when she was a little girl. It was known as the "Anniversary Kodak" and was offered by Kodak as a free give away for children who were 12 years old in the year 1930 (born in 1918). Approximately to 550,000 of these cameras were produced and given away in the month of May 1930; to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Kodak Company. All a child had to do in order to receive the camera was their mother for father would take them to an authorized Kodak dealer. As a bonus the camera even came pre-loaded and ready to use with a roll of 120 film. It turns out that the original supply of cameras was actually gone within a couple of days. Our 91 year old Uncle remembers how he often played with his Sisters camera and may be responsible for some of the damage it now exhibits.
