I am not sure if I like there retro finish on these wheels or not. I also can't seem to find many pictures of cars with them either. Anybody running these?

  2. Guess it's just a matter of personal choice. I think they are trying to replicate the look of the old Dow 7 coating to make them look more like magnesium. Not a bad looking wheel. Seems most folks like "shiny" better.

I don't mind that tarnished and weathered magnesium look however they need to be on the right car for the full affect. Car can't be too shiny. Either them, gold Dow7 look or polished?

I can find plenty of pictures of cars with polished or aged magnesium Halibrands.

I am specifically looking for pictures of the currently available "retro" finish Sprints from Real Rodders (which can be purchased through Speedway for a reasonable cost).

I prefer the aged mag look but I am not sure about the machined lip of these wheels. So pictures of those actual wheels on cars and those wheels only are the only thing that is going to help me on this decision.

Maybe I'll just have to buy a set to find out.
