@Al G, I wonder if your friends dad knew that Willy was narcoleptic? I saw him in the staging lanes at the ‘68 Indy Nationals sound asleep and Mousie said that could happen about anywhere. They also had a really big spider in a glass jar with them, I guess it was a pet.

 

Wow,I don't know if they knew that I just sent him a text message about it,I'm waiting for him to get back to me.His Dads name is Bob Dunn he was a champion drag racer here in the 60s and 70s
He also bought one of Gene Snows cars when he went on a trip to the US,bought it back here repainted it and raced it for several years,i dont know what happened to it,it may still be in Australia somewhere!..

Note the drivers door, that was a feature on Canadian built Model T Fords. This a 1917-22 Model T. Bob

 

Thank You Dago88,you are a nice guy toI've got all those pics,I think it's the Big Banger which is the ex Gene Snow car?Bobs still kicking around and sometimes gets involved with drag racing although Ive been told he enjoys his woodworking,fishing and car club now
