I don't know about the master cylenders but you might look around Germany or Japan to find the One on the bottom. Gumpa

The 3-bolt one is '39-48 Ford.

I would agree with Mr. Lancaster on the 3 bolt unit, 39-48 ford passenger and truck. Very easy to get. Carquest Part Number #E1050. That's NEW, not remaned.
William, there approx. 5 units that match the 4 bolt sample you show, I wuld need the bore and port size's. I could have them for you in about 2 days. I'll holla at you this afternoon.

NAPA can usually do a casting number cross reference and find you a part number.

 

neither of those master cylinders are GM, they're both Fords, first one is early, second is later (50s)
