Technical C4 no drive

If I put the shifter in drive, truck will not move.pull to second, get movement. Pull to low got forward movement.
Start out in first, shift to second, trans shifts, shift to third no drive.
Reverse works neutral safety works in neutral and park.
Any ideas?

 

The one way clutch sprag in the back of the transmission is out. It works in low and reverse because the rear band is on, but in drive the sprag holds it. It will have to come out o fix it.

EZ fix is pull it and rebuild it.

 

C4 is an easy , trans to rebuild . Double check your specs and your good to go .
