Sorry about that the station dates to the 1940's it was refurbished to look as it was in the day

 

Sorry this picture wasn't taken before 1965. This station was built in the late 30's or early 40's, and is still in use. When they have highway 30 get together in area the station in always talked about.

Here is my picture in front of the same servo in May 2018 when I took the Hudson for a trip across USA. Got there just after they closed for the day unfortunately. On our way to Lincoln NE for the Museum of Speed.

Gas Rationing 1942

 

Interesting facts on how they rationed gas during the war. I've never seen that before. Thanks for posting.

 

Richmond Heights, Missouri, located just outside the city limits on the west side of St. Louis. The intersection is Big Bend Boulevard (left-to-right) and Clayton Road.

Where's that? There's an old gas station that looks like that on Broadway in Macon, GA.
