Technical '46 - '48 Ford Coupe Side Glass

Hey folks, anyone done the side glass outer wiper / felt strips?
My inner felt ones had staples, so I attached those in the same way.
But the outer attaching surface area has little 1/8" holes drilled every few inches. Like the original strip must've had small clips that pushed in and secured it?
Looking for some pointers!

There. These are the holes I was referring to.

 

You are correct, they have little spring clips that push through and hold it in place, they came with the strips I bought. I ended up using tiny screws as the clips where crap

 

I also used tiny screws. Make sure they are in deep so they don't scratch the glass.

 

KFC, were they wipers or just felt strips?

 

Does anyone have any pictures of the outer wiper installed, or tech resources?

I gather inner and outer would be the same? I used the below 48-703536-A before, it clips right into the hole once it is crimped to window felt
