Stated a new project, clipping a 38 coupe on to a sedan cowl and floor and building up from there...

Why? Was there something wrong with the coupe’s original cowl?

Biulding a old school gasser out of it, sbc with a little 144 blower, the org cowl was twisted bad at the lower bottom on the drivers sideits fix able but still would have had to cut apart to fix so i just started with a good one already matched to its org floor and frame, yes the car was a bit of a job to get bought but in end it worked out well.

  21. Nice...I gotta get up to Crescent and nose around a bit.I once bought a pickup up in Mondamin made from a sedan body. Was really rough. The guy had some other Willys stuff. Did you get any Willys parts from Mondamin? 37willys2.jpg 37willysforsale1.jpg

This looks interesting, I have a bit of experience with late thirties Willy’s myself. Realising I would never be able to sell it as is I decided to convert a Sedan into a Pickup nearly a decade ago. image.jpg
