Customs Bumper riser and cross brace???

Might change that to bumper guards and get a better reaction

My guess is late 40’s early 50’s chevy

 

And some were aftermarket, not always particular to any brand of car.

 

4 hours, and nobody knows a '51 Chev front bumper guard when they see it ??? If it came off a '38 Edsel 7 passenger coupe pickup 6 of you would nail it in 2 minutes ...

 

Probably for a front bumper, not rear. No license plate light(s) or bracket.
