    New member here...looking to see if anyone has any knowledge about the rarity of this Dixie Western manifold or what it’s value is. I’ve been told I’ve got an odd duck on my hands. I plan on putting it on my 39. Thanks in advance

    I have one of these Dixie Western Y adapters and they are quite rare. I have only seen 2 or 3 of these adapters for sale in my years of playing with flathead speed parts. About 7 or 8 years ago I saw one at the fall Hershey swap meet and it sold for $500. With today's prices it's difficult to put a price on it.

    Used to call them "slingshots" for obvious reasons. Not as good as a regular dual carb setup, but they did work.
