I agree and since the premise of the thread is based on the perception of a law passed by a government entity, the entire thread is off topic and should be deleted.
However, it is interesting that we have brought out:
1. Harley haters (hmmm, no mention of crotch rocket screamers)
2. Fart-can haters
3. Excessively loud sound systems
4. Jake brakes
6. Farm tractors
7. "Paper plates"

But nothing about loud hotrods.
