I have a Mk 1 sprite. It was lowered y simply restacking the springs. Car was modified fr hillclimb and autocross. The three or four leaves above the main spring were stacked under it, rebundled and remounted as stock. The drop was about 3 inches. Yes the suspension was a bit softer, but since the car had been stripped of trim, seats etc. It was about 75 pounds lighter and only seated one,the full set would have been over stiff. If you are removing sheet metal and won't be carrying a load. Might be worth trying. Its quick easy and reversible. If it doesn't work, another solution can be applied.
Nothing special. I got no Time right Now. Remove a few leafes and its lower Now but not too much. Now i must to weld my frame together after widening.
I'm watching this one for sure. Never saw a`34 Peugeot before, straight up 1934 classic styling. If the frame is widened in the back the spring mounts are going to be inboard already so the axle connections don't need relocating.
