  1. So Eric, do you ever go back and look at the pictures of the car when you started and compare to now to see how far it's come? Pretty amazing transformation.

Thank you David. I never really look back to be honest, perhaps only when I need to find a photo of a specific part or how I've done something. (and when I'm scrolling through my phone....but that's because I haven't made any maps. ;) )

Eric, your girlfriend knows how much fun it'll be cruisin' around in such a well built custom. Feels like 2019 will be the year your '41 hits the streets!

    That's what I think too!

2019 is certainly going to be the year..... By then it's nearly 10 years ago that I started this (quite intense but satisfying) project. No regrets!

Great vid! Looks like an awesome paint job from where I'm sitting. I bet you can't wait to mount all the parts for the last time. Keep up the good work!

Mounted the alternator bracket with a new belt tensioner and appears to fit just fine. Time to disassemble it and get it painted.

Fabricated and mounted a new bracket for the steering linkage. It now clears the chassis and the headers safely.

Nice changes, getting so close. Is that water crossover the hot heads? I have the hose one they sell but have been contemplating switching, of corurse I may not have the option using a supercharger.

I'd need to look through all of my invoices, but I think you're right. Special aluminium mounting parts behind it are required to make it fit to the heads.
