Technical Can anyone tell me about this Model A “snowmobile”

Found this at a friends place and wondering if anyone can shed some light on what it is??? Factory made? Famerized??? From this one crappy picture lol

Looks similar to a Snow Bird conversion, Might be fun to play with.

Yeah looks like a Snow bird conversion. Not factory. The really neat thing is that it's an AA model with the non stanchion cowl and an AA radiator shell. How long is the wheel base??? The non stanchion cowl allowed you to build what ever you wanted behind it.

 

I will go back and get a measurement...I’m thinking I need to drag this thing home...

I have a 31 Martin Parry open sided delivery truck here with the same cowl and same radiator shell. Mine is on an A chassis, not AA.

I can't tell if the tractor above has the AA framerails?

.
