Some pickies of my coupe as it came out of the shed for the first time in a couple of years: now its back in my shed, and I'm itching to get to it.
Unfortunately its a 235 at present, however, there's enough room for a jimmy, when I get sick of playing with 235/261's.
Looking good Mark. Now thats it's back in your shed get working on it, I want to see this on the road soon. You probably want to see it on the road sooner I bet.
You need one of my new valve covers on that 235!!! Nice looking ride! I picked up your rods today for the stroker too.
You're right I do, and thanks for doing the rods thing. Uh Oh Thanks I'll second that Nah I was in Hot Rod Heaven - New camera, and I'm still figureing it out.
But you've got a wife and kids?!?!?!?! Nah just kiddin' looking good Mark. Will have to get around to see it in its new environment. Might be a good excuse for a short blat oncethe twins are on the roadster!
They can share undergarments and save on the monthly panty bill. Yah CONGRATS!! BTW, you can NEVER go wrong with an INLINE!!
Nope, its a fabbed chassis made out of 6x2" tubing. It will just fit onto a 32 chassis, but oh shit its tight. This way there's plenty of room for the mill to grow....... Bluto is trying to talk me into a long motor
@Stogy Alas I never did get this car going. I got into some "issues", parted it out, and have started again, collecting all the parts I wish I had when I started this project. And that has been a long and expensive undertaking. I see the light at the end of the tunnel, and work will commence soon on a replacement car using all original components and aftermarket parts from back in the day. Stay in tuned, but don't hold your breath.
No problem Stovebolt...I easily adjust to builds. I am no speedy gonzales myself oh and then there's life. Still a Model A & six banger in the forecasted future?...you truly had a very cool Hotrod on the go...Hope all is well otherwise...and yeah bring it on when your ready...
With a handle of "Stovebolt" could I run anything else??? I will post pictures as soon as I have made some decent enough progress that will entertain readers, and not just be a few pictures of a bunch of parts
