So that probably means it will be back next year like so much of the other stuff that shows up year after year.
Actually 32 Ford dirt could be vialed and sold as rare more desirable dirt... It actually looks pretty darn solid and un F'd with...
Can't show that it is "genuine barn find" if you scrub the barn dirt and bird poop off. More nonsense to try to get people excited like "great Patina" and "Low miles" on a car that at in a field or barn and hasn't run in 70 years. At least they didn't do a 30 minute scuff job and two coats of primer or a coat of cheap but shiny paint like we saw so many of at swap meets in the 70's. I remember driving 50 miles in Texas to look at a 57 Chevy that some guy and his son had "restored" that had a scuff and shoot job on it that they painted right over the mud that the tire had thrown up when they drove it back into garage to shoot the paint.
A hamber bought that car at an auction two weeks ago and took it to Hershey. I have no idea if it sold or not
The way 32's are selling to millennials, it's just another old car. And I'll take paint to rust anyday.
I just followed a link on a hambers post..he video'd the auction when it was dragged out of the barn in Pa,....23,500 selling price. .
