old license plate info

where can i find county code info for michigan for a 1948 license plate. i have the correct county code for my 69 and my 63 ford but i cant find info on a 48 plate. see in michigan the had certain letters for each county in michigan. thanks

 

I'd check the Michigan DMV. They are the ones you'll have to please.
