These last 2 are well known LOWS. The bottom one is "GypsyRose".

HEY BAD BOB, your sons '68 is cherry!!

  8. whats up groucho i agree you are a freak :D

  9. i guess i found my thread on the hamb lets see some more flake, cragers, true rays, true spokes and supreams!

  10. Gypsy Rose-famous car from the day (early 70s), but the first one (that got brick thrown at it) was prettier/simpler in my opinion. I remember going to Walt's for pinstriping, and seeing the hood from the 1st version to inspire the 2nd version. The second incarnation just came out of moth balls a few years ago and looks as good as ever. Word is it got a light color sand and recleared.

Yeah, its on screen for about a second... but that second was enough to ruin me forever.

Jesse Valadez's Gypsy Rose is probably one of the most famous lowriders ever. The '64 is actually the second version. The original was a '63.

This '70 belonged to Jesse's brother Art.

I remember seeing that '60 for sale online from some dealer in like South Dakota about 6 or 7 years ago. Then it turned up at Billetproof Michigan last year.

    I love that car.

  18. I believe that's it. .

  19. The Chevy is all of the above. It was Javier's car when he sold it to Greater Dakota Classics. They had it for 3 years and then I bought it back in 2002. I painted the dash/wheel white and then sold it in 2003. They guy who bought it from me bought it for his kid to drive around college, had the brakes redone, fixed up the motor, repainted so big chips in the paint and then I guess sold it to the current owner who wears the pimp outfits and tinted the glass blue.

  21. That is a very clean Chevy, dig it. That is one thing i absolutely love about tri five cars, Chevy Pontiac, whatever. You can with go mild/wild custom or belflower/lowrider style and they look awesome either way

This thread got me all excited so I dug up a few of my uncle's old photos today. Sorry they're so huge. I decided to save them together rather than make a million posts.
