Does anybody have an update on what is happening with these Sun Transmitter electronic replacement boards? I have tried sending a message through the H.A.M.B. and also through their website with no luck. Love to get one of these things if they are still available.

    Chris.

We have completed our "Tach Driver" project (running a currently available 12 volt negative ground tachometer on a 6 volt positive ground system). Our next step is to upgrade it so it will run the old "meter" tachs (such as yours) without the control box. If you continue having no success, get back to me.

I'm a little confused by the answer....

So is a 12V replacement card offered for an original 1958 SUN 12V tach and control box?

That link doesn't work now, but if you just type in www.tachman.com that works, fyi.
