Thanks to edmurder I've got a great collection of old and new tech stuff from the HAMB!! He offered up some zip files in a previous thread and he put 'em on a personal site that I have available.

Everything from build-ups (60's Style modified, So What modified), to individual tech articles on a variety of different subjects.

Now they're available to the HAMB. Just my way of giving back a little and saying thanks for all of the great information that is available to everyone on this board, and the entertainment it provides as well.

fer true on the down load. I got 849 bytes per sec.

Is there another server where you could store these? The download rates are not so good.

By the way Thanks for putting these together, and making them available to all of us. I really appreciate it.

I dunno any good servers. One in Rolla Mo. called dreamwater.com is free and gives 50 megs of space, but that won't do you any good.

Sorry was thinking out the ends of my fingers again.

Thanks for posting these. Will try again to get them.

    Much thanks

You guys should be thanking edmurder for saving 'em and uploading them. I just provided the site.

I've been gettin' my new computer dialed in, and just got Office XP installed. I'll be going through each individual file and updating it to the newest version of Word (or IE or ?).

I'll put the newest file up when it's done. Ed said he saved the Old Tech files under MS Word format.

Also, I should be getting a new website set up soon (wife's soap business), so hopefully the d/l speeds will pick up.

If any of you guys have anything from previous posts you want to add, let me know! We'll work something out and get it posted for all.

    Thanks!

Maybe we could get this pinned in Tech O' Matic?

    Ryan (out of town)? Grimlok?

    Thanx guys.
    That's what I was after.

The DL is slow though, it's taken more than 12 hours just to get one.

...But better than not havin 'em at all!
    Thanx again guys.

Hey guys try this an see if it's any faster:

    Old Tech 3

If it works any better I post 'em on my personal web space as I get 'em.
The only problem is I have a limited amout of space, 10 meg per email an I can have 5 email accounts = 50 meg but at only 10 meg per shot. Until we can get something else figgured out.

Let me know if it works any better.

I can't even claim full responsibility for the TECH files. The ones labelled 'OLD' were saved by Hatch. Hope you all enjoy them. I had one other offer to host the files... I'll look into it.

Here too. I thought it was because I have a MAC, but the old thread is gone.
