I haven’t posted here in several years, but I figure I have another build in me as I am turning 50 this year. I call it The Fif-T coupe. It will consist of:
    -Dirt track vibe.
-Torsion bar suspension using off the shelf sprint car parts.
-Frankland wide 5 hubs, skeleton brakes and Frankland aluminum finned drums.
    -Mopar cowl steering.
    -Y-Block Ford.
    -T-5 tranny.
-Full floating 9” with wide 5 hubs.

I am starting with the axle. It is a ‘37-‘41 Ford axle that was chromed several decades ago. It is not perfect, but I want use it as is. The bolt on wide five snout is a Frankland as are the hubs, drums and A Frame or Skeleton backing plates:

Needs an old 8 rib Frankland quick change! Always wanted to do this exact same build.

I have one, but it is in my ‘64 Galaxie. I would like to find a smaller quick change as the Frankland seems huge.
