Nice deal and he has a title. Looks solid as it's lived in Central CA all it's life. This is an old vehicle that would be a cheap starter project for someone looking to enter the hobby. Deserves to be put back on the road. Hope someone doesn't part it out (for profit) because it's worth more as parts. I hate seeing old, buildable cars and trucks being parted out.
