Projects 1952 Plymouth Concord update

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Joe Lawrence, Feb 4, 2018.

  1. Replaced the front brake cylinders so I just have to do the rears now. I also had a look at the wiring and the switches and finally got the lights working.

I am looking for a split exhaust manifold for a 218 flathead 6 if anyone has anything lying around? Otherwise I'll be attempting to split the stock one.

I so love this car. Such a great looking thing! [IMG]

Plymouth 6 is the easiest manifold to split of them all ... just make sure the dual side flange & headpipe clears everything and leaves room for valve adjustment & fuel pump clearance.

  5. I'm glad you mentioned about the valves...I forgot about the adjustment on the side!
