Poor little '40 coupe. She just needed someone to take her home and pet her.

I saved a 55 Packard Clipper. Dug it out the dirt with a crowbar and my hands. Got thier and she didn't have rims on the drivers front and rear. My Jack failed so I dug 2 big holes where the rims went big enough to slap some wheels on to tow it. It was worth it. Paid 350$.

Didn't drag anything old up this year. Only new vehicle was OT 05 Expy to replace the 00 Expy that got totaled. Never stopped looking for more junk to drag home though!

    Saved this from 53 year hibernation...**clic pic** 1938 sedan 004.JPG 38 sedan home 003.JPG 100_3964.JPG

  27. Yes those 38 inch tires are pricey new and hard to find used. I use larger 15.5 x38's on some of my M's . there easier to find because the row crop farmers use that size and when the tread gets worn down they buy new tires. A m is supposed to use 12.4 x38's Most everything I bought this year I had to out bid the scrap man so I actually snatched that stuff from certain death.
