    yup, thats what the old yards looked like, and yup those days....sadly, are gone. nice job, i keep looking and find more detail

    thanks for the compliments. it actually only took me about a week to do working on it for about 4-5 hours a day after work.

    Zeph, as others have said that I so well detailed and constructed. Truly an excellent job to remind us of yesteryear! Well done. Now you better get busy and start dragging them out of the junkyard and rod/restore them before some bugger scraps them all!!! I have just over 110 kits in my attic and I'm retiring Jan 7th. I guess I should start buying glue and paint...

    All you'd need is an old school bus full ofhubcaps and it'd look exactly as I remember the old junk yard I used to love to go to.
